By using the Services or agreeing to these Terms, you consent to e-Blaster AI, Use and disclosure of Your Content and Data as described in the Privacy Statements.

e-Blaster AI uses the data we collect to provide you with the best services we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalise your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your credits, security updates and new product information. And we use your data to help make our service more efficient for you.

The security and confidentiality of the information provided by Users is important to e-Blaster AI. Therefore, the proper technical, administrative and security measures have been implemented to protect Users information.

The security measures are reviewed regularly in order to apply new technologies or protective measures. However, Users must keep in mind that, although e-Blaster AI does everything it possibly can, no security measure is absolutely perfect or unbreakable.


YouTube API Access

Data Accessed

Our application uses the YouTube Data API v3 to access limited information from a user's YouTube account with the user's explicit authorization.

Depending on the permissions granted, we may access the following data:

YouTube channel information (channel name, channel ID, and basic profile details)

List of videos uploaded to the user's channel

Video metadata (title, description, thumbnails, tags, privacy status)

User-initiated actions such as uploading, updating, or scheduling videos

Analytics data related to the user’s videos (if authorized)

We only access data that is necessary to provide the features and services of our application.

 

Data Usage

The data obtained from YouTube is used solely to provide and improve the functionality of our platform.

Specifically, the data is used to:

Allow users to manage their YouTube content from our dashboard

Enable video uploading, scheduling, editing, and publishing

Display video and channel information within the application

Provide analytics insights to help users understand video performance

Improve user experience and platform functionality

Our application does not use YouTube data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

 

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade YouTube user data to third parties.

User data obtained via the YouTube Data API v3 may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

With service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as hosting or infrastructure providers) under strict confidentiality agreements

When required to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities

When necessary to protect the security, integrity, or rights of our platform and its users

All third-party services we use comply with applicable data protection standards.

 

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain YouTube user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services.

Users may revoke access to their YouTube account at any time by:

Disconnecting the application from their YouTube account through our platform, or

Removing the application's access via their Google Account Permissions page.

Once access is revoked:

We immediately stop accessing the user's YouTube data

Any stored YouTube-related data associated with the user will be deleted within 30 days

Users may also request immediate deletion of their stored data by contacting us at: support@e-blaster.com.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
